Job Purpose



Assure that all Electrical apparatus, automation systems and information system at the plant function well, well maintained and reliable and are kept in a compliant calibrated and validated state.

This includes building management system (BMS)/ Environment management system (EMS) , Security Management system, Fire Alarm and Public Address System, Communication Systems (Voice & Data) and processing automation system and information system.



Major Activities

1. Perform the engineering duties such as the planning and installation, operation and maintenance of electrical apparatus and automation systems.

2. Maintain the organization's information system to ensure that they function reliably and in accordance with the user needs.

3. Follow up new plant Automation system schedule, participate and support in equipment selection, installation, commission, acceptance and qualification.

4. Write IQ/OQ/PQ documents for new plant Automation system qualification and execute inspection and test for related items.

5. Be responsible for the new plant Automation system monitoring and management, including the necessary procedures for control of BMS/EMS, Access Control System, CCTV System, Fire Alarm and Public Address System, Communication and information Systems and maintenance, calibration operations documentation and related items.

6. Be responsible for an adequate reaction on abnormal conditions and emergencies, and keep compliant records of deviations and actions.

7. Report deviations to QA, and assure investigation for the cause and adequate preventive and corrective actions.

8. Participate in product quality annual review, provide EMS system annual operation report, and evaluate the trend.



Personal requirements :



1 Master the Automatic control, or industrial automation, or electric automatization and be familiar with automation design standards and regulation principles.

2 Have a degree above Bachelor, specialist in automation or electric.

3 At least 3 Year experience in design, or operation and management of Automation systems in the pharmaceutical industry.

4 Good interpersonal and communication skills

5 Good at office software

6 Fluent in English and Chinese

7 Familiar with cGMP etc.
