KEY RESULT AREAS
1.Receiving & response incoming calls in professional greetings
2.Collecting, distributing incoming parcels & documents
3.Ordering stationary, water based items on the consumption and inventory management
4.Greeting and handling external visitors
5.Assist all office social activities, monthly office party, CSR event, staff outing etc.
6.Suppliers communication & control, contract renewal & negotiation
7.Performing accounting function for admin cost allocation: delivery fee, drinking water, stationary, office rental, coffee supplements and office cleaning fee
8.Responsible to arrange & tracking office cleaner work load and attendance
9.Responsible to purchase seasonal office decorations and consumption articles
10.In charge of monthly admin report generation, office layout & manning allocation updates in a quarterly basis
11.Responsible for maintain all equipment & landscape maintenance within office public area
12.Handling new staff stationary order & admin relevant onboard arrangement
13.Ensure basic office security during office hours
14.Responsible to keep lobby area clean in order
15.Communication with property management office
16.Covering daily duty when line management on leave
