职位描述：
1.Prepare import and export shipping documents
2.Manage customs declaration process and cycle time Track shipment transportation
3.Co-ordinate and monitor the service level with 3PL, forwarders, I/E agent
4.Prepare related reports
5.Check local logistics expenses, freight cost and logistics service billing
6.Monitor stock inbound and outbound process, work with 3PL to update daily stock report
7.Communicate with overseas offices and vendors from order management to shipping arrangements and problems on daily basis.
8.Maintain record of shipment/order information in timely/accurate manner and present in structured/transparent format.
9.Collect, consolidate, monitor, measure, analyze business data and prepare periodic reports for review on vendors’ performance and 3rd party service providers ‘performance
10.Properly to solve the shortage, damage issue happened in delivery
