工作概述：
对E20圈层整体品牌及各项产品、服务，对圈层内会员企业及企业家，进行营销策划、包装传播方面的系统规划，并统筹协调公司内外部资源快速推进、落地执行，最终实现圈层在政府、资本界、环境产业界的影响力再提升，进一步增强圈层会员企业对圈层的依赖感、凝聚力、满意度。
具体工作职责：
1. 对圈层品牌及产品服务进行系统营销传播规划，配合部门总监统筹内外部资源，实现有序落地。
2. 结合细分领域及地域特点，策划中小型会员活动，通过图文及视频等形式展示活动现场氛围，传播圈层视角与思想，提升会员感知和满意度，同时吸引更多的观察员了解圈层，加入圈层。
3. 结合圈层自媒体的现有基础、未来定位，开放思路，统筹连动多方资源，打造富有产业内参价值的圈层自媒体，进一步提升圈层的社会地位和影响力。
4. 时刻保持理念的先进性，动作的超前性，不断尝试运用移动互联网新形式、新营销手段去支撑、丰富营销目标。
岗位要求：
1. 大学统招本科以上学历，中文、传播、营销、广告等相关专业，211或985院校优先。
2. 有1—3年相关工作经验，对营销传播有系统全面的理解和认知，有知名行业平台型公司、知名公关或、广告公司、知名移动互联网媒体工作经历。
3. 有策划中小型圈层/俱乐部中小型专属高端活动的成功案例，有营销包装圈层/俱乐部、企业或企业家的成功案例。
4. 具有较强的统筹协调、换位思考、快速学习、策划组织能力，有扎实的文字功底。
5. 熟悉当下主流及前卫的营销方式，思维开阔，能够不断推陈出新，迎接或发起变化。
