职位描述如下：
PURPOSE
PCH China is the no.3 affiliate globally, it contributed 40% of APAC business with further growth expectation in the coming years. PCH China is also a leading consumer healthcare company in China. Pro-Nutrients as a sub brand of Centrum launched in Y2012 is definitely key driver for PCH China in the coming years. To support its fast growth, retail development manager- Pro-Nutrients role is created. This position holder will be responsible for overall Pro-nutrients business planning and coordination in retail channel, he/she need to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of all retail activations. Under the guidance of division and brand growth strategy, he/she is responsible for development and implementation of annual regional and customer plans based on customer needs and shopper insight, proper allocate resource and constantly improve ROI, optimizing customer activity. He/She will work closely with both marketing/CMKT and regional sales team. Furthermore, he/she should be operated with the budget operating expenses, and fully comply with the country’s legal, regulatory policies, and be responsible to uphold company’s ethical standard.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
Education/Experience
Bachelor or above, 6 years of relevant experience in FMCG or Health Food company with 3+ years managerial experience, .
Special Knowledge
Experienced in trade marketing and sales, good command in oral and written English and Mandarin Chinese, category management knowledge, shopper insight, KA/customer management experience
Skills
Excellent in interpersonal communication. Strong in strategic thinking, exploring/analyzing market & consumer insights and making strategic recommendations. Good presentation skills.
