职位描述
Job Responsibilities:
1.Assist Team in day to day management works;
2.Assist in preparation of meeting agendas and meeting minutes;
3.Create and file documents in the respective project folders (both hard and soft copy);
4.Printing, photocopying, scanning and binding of documents;
5.Assist team in general administrative works (such as booking meeting room, expenses claims, travel request and travel arrangement), Ordering and keeping track of office supplies, Coordinate and arrange courier and mails;
6.Assist expatiate project in their local logistics (work visa, housing, transport etc);
7.Ensuring contracts administration is in line with corporate standard and procedures;
8.Receive, record, distribute contract documentation;
9.Updating and monitoring of staff movement and staff leaves;
10.Prepare and update reports on project costs and contracts process applications and certificates on project costs and works.
Requirements:
1.Minimum 2 years relevant experience;
2.Diploma in Business Administration or economic management or equivalent;
3.Proactive and team player;
4.Strong organizational and inter- personal skills;
5.Ability to speak and write simply English is also an advantage;
6.Very meticulous, precise and detail oriented.
