Specific Skills:

1) 1. 产品造型外观/机构设计

2. 需熟悉Pro/E, Adobe CS等绘图软件

3. 具5年以上Notebook/Tablet PC or 3C 产品机构设计开发及生产经验者
4. 熟悉Notebook or 3C 相关产品机构设计，具塑料成型及五金件相关专业知识

5. 大学以上工业/模具/机械设计相关科系毕

2) have a BA or MFA in Industrial Design, Mechanical engineer or equivalent experience.

3) Has 5+ years of 3C related design development and manufacturing cooperation experiences.

4) Proficiency in Adobe CS tools, Pro-Engineering and other 3D modeling software.

5) Proficiency in rendering software such as Vray and Hypershot.

6) Has good communication skill for cross-function discussion. Knowledge and understanding of manufacturing

driven design issues.

7) Well know 3C product plastic part and assembly design and its application rules & design constraints.

8) A solid foundation in design management, a good knowledge of the possibilities and limitations of manufacturing materials and processes, including costs and added value is necessary.

9) Knowledge of varieties of manufacturing process and be able to identify most suitable manufacturing process according to part requirement and capable to instruct members to make decision

10) Design, analysis, documentation and testing of extremely complex mechanical piece parts and assemblies. Analyze critical areas of the design with the appropriate analysis tools.

11) Ideal candidates will be self-managed, well organized team workers and highly motivated and have proficiency in related computer skills.

12) Ability to work under date-driven schedules.

13) English / Chinese communication ability is must.

Responsibilities:

1) Lead ME Industrial Designers to freeze the ID design architecture and fulfill the ME design spec.

2) Schedule control (design status, key milestone, build plan and readiness review…)

3) Molding part debug skill: able to review and adjust trial-shot result for next modification direction.

4) New-design Validation: identifying design risk and propose prototyping, test, or practical simulation to validate the design concept.

5) Perform Tooling review with supplier.

6) Coach junior members in professional skill.
