职位描述:
1、 参与系统架构设计工作。
2、采集信息化运营需求，进行软件的详细设计与代码编写工作；
3、参与软件产品项目规划工作，参与软件系统的设计和分析；制定具体项目实施方案；
4、根据开发进度和任务分配，负责软件、系统的开发和支持以及部署实施。
5、负责软件开发技术和规范及标准流程的改进；
6、整合并优化项目开发所需各种资源；
7、配合进行软件、系统的论证、测试和验证。负责软件基础测试及日常Bug的修改，确保产品质量可靠性；
8、负责对软件和系统提供后续维护和日常支持。
9、负责软件和系统方面与外部门及相关厂商的沟通和协调。进行软件开发和维护过程中技术问题的讨论及攻关；
10、编写软件系统开发手册，负责相关技术文档的拟定； 协助完成软件和系统方面相关报告。 负责软件相关文档的编制工作。
11、根据实际情况对部门对工作提出合理化建议；
12、执行上级部署的网络使用规范并推行相关IT策略；
13、整理维护工作中各种报表和文档，定期更新完善并向上级提供相关资料报表；
14、负责数据中心设备正常监控巡检，IT日常运维工作协助。

任职资格：
1、计算机技术或电子信息以及电子工程相关专业本科及以上学历；受过软件测试、产品知识等方面的培训；5年以上IT行业工作经验，3年以上.net开发经验；
2、必须具有3年以上大型企业级软件项目管理经验者。熟练掌握软件工程知识和项目管理知识，至少带队实施管理过3个或以上软件项目；
3、精通Asp.net(C#),HTML,javascript，JQuery, css, Ajax等主流Web开发技术；
4、熟练使用Visual Studio.NET 2005/2008/2010,delphi,SQL Server等开发工具；
5、熟练掌握SQL Server数据库设计和常用的数据库调优方法；熟练掌握.NET，熟悉常用版本控制工具如SVN等；
6、具有良好的编码规范；良好的逻辑思维能力,良好的系统分析、解决问题、适应能力；
7、 具备丰富的嵌入式系统软件设计、开发、优化、调试经验。
8、掌握软件相关工具，包括：测试工具、集成测试工具、版本控制工具。
9、掌握操作系统原理、进程、线程、进程通讯、Socket通讯。
10、能够承受工作压力，具备很强的软件编程能力，能指导软件工程师的工作。
11、能独立完成大型软件项目，具备良好的沟通能力和理解能力，能够完整的掌握和分析需求，并进行系统分析和设计。
12、良好的文档阅读及编写能力。有较强日常行政管理能力；
13、英语6级，听力口语良好，能作为日常工作语言。
14、较强的领导能力和执行力。

Job Description：
1, Participate in the system architecture design.
2, Collecting requirements for company’s information technology operation, carry out detailed software design and coding work;
3, Participate in the software products project planning, involved in the design and analysis of software systems; develop specific project implementation plan and schedule.
4, Implement the software development schedule and allocate tasks; Responsible for the development of software systems.
5, Responsible for software technical specifications and standards and improve the development process;
6, Integrate and optimize the resources needed to develop the project;
7, Take part in the software, system demonstration, testing and verification. Responsible for software testing and daily basis Bug modification, to ensure software quality and reliability;
8, Carry out ongoing maintenance and technical support of software and systems.
9, Be responsible for the communication and coordination with external departments and service providers regarding to software and system. Carry out discussion and research for technical issues pop up during software development and maintenance process;
10, Writing software systems development manuals, Take in charge of the formulation of technical documentation (Software requirement specification); assist in the completion of software and systems related reports. Responsible for the preparation of software-related documents.
11, Propose rational suggestions for the IT department’s work according to the actual situation.
12, Implement relevant IT strategy according to the company upper level’s specification;
13, Prepare work reports at fixed period, update and complete regularly relevant information and statements to superiors;
14, Be responsible for data center equipment monitoring and inspection, IT routine maintenance work.

Qualifications:
1, Major in computer technology or electronic information and electronic engineering of other related majors. College degree or above; trained of software testing, product knowledge; 5 five years of work experience in the IT/software industry, more than three years development experience;
2, At least 3 years experience of large enterprise software project management. Master software engineering knowledge and project management knowledge, used to be team leader of at least three or more software projects;
3, Proficient in Asp.net (C #), HTML, javascript, JQuery, css, Ajax and other mainstream Web development technologies;
4, Proficiency of Visual Studio.NET 2005/2008/2010, delphi, SQL Server and other development tools;
5, Master SQL Server database design and database tuning commonly used method; proficient in NET, familiar with common version control tools such as SVN, etc.;
6, Possess good coding standards; good logical thinking ability, good systems analysis ability, problem solving ability and adaptability;
7, Experienced with the design, development, optimization, debugging of the embedded system software.
8, Have a good command of software tools, including: testing tools, integration testing tools, version control tools.
9, Master operating system principles, processes, threads, interprocess communication, Socket Communications.
10, Be able to work under pressure, with a strong software programming skills, be able to guide the work of software engineers and external solution privider.
11, Be able to complete large-scale software projects, have good communication and analysis skills. Be able to understand and analyze completely the requirements and make systematic analysis as well as design accordingly.
12, Good documentation reading and writing capabilities. And good routine administrative capacity;
13, CET 6, good oral and listening English skills, be able to use English as daily work language.
14, Strong leadership and execution ability.
