Finance Functions
1.Manage Finance in all accounting functionsand management reporting of the Company including, but not limited to;
-Maintain full set of accounts includingbank and intercompany reconciliation;
-Ensure integrity of the accounting records;
-Verifying and checking all vouchers atGeneral Ledger Level and ensure Financial Reports are accuracy and complete;
-Review Financial Performance for Outletswithin China;
-Oversee Weekly and Monthly Cash FlowForecast;
-PrepareMonthly corporate tax computation; responsible annual CIT declaration;
-Submission of monthly financial reports torelevant authorities;
-Submission of monthly management reportsand Hyperion to Head Office;
-Maintain Fixed Asset Register;
-Ensure accounting records comply with grouppolicies and procedures, local regulations and Singapore Financial ReportingStandards “FRS”;

2.Monitor Aged Accounts Receivable, and makesure all AR are collected on time;
3.Prepare and Monitor monthly Balance SheetReconciliation, and ensure all BS accounts are reconciled;
4.Involve in preparation of annual budget andmonthly forecasting; Analyze the budget / forecast deviations and trending;
5.Lead and supervise a team of accountingstaffs;
6.Workwith external auditors, tax authorities, agencies and banks; 7.Handle ad-hoc assignments that may beassigned from time to time

GENERAL


1.Report for duty punctually, wearing workingdress at all times;
2.Maintains high standard of personalappearance and hygiene at all times;
3.Has a complete understanding of the company’sprocedures in respect to health, hygiene and safety;
4.Familiar with accounting procedures andChinese accounting regulation;
5.Performs any other reasonable tasks asdirected by the manager
