Job Purpose: ？
-To assist the Manager, Spa Marketing Communications - Greater China in all
matters relating to public relations, promotions and marketing communications
for Banyan Tree Spas & Angsana Spas, in but not restricted to Greater China.
-To be strongly bilingual – written and spoken; Responsible for the efficient
English and Chinese copywriting and editing of press releases, web content,
promotional materials and other collaterals.
-Support Manger to drive China and international Awards for all Spa Outlets in
Greater China
-Perform general administrative duties to support the function of the Spa
Marcoms team.
-To support the department with ad-hoc requests by the Management.

KEY RESULT AREAS/ JOB DESCRIPTION
-Support and implement public relation and marketing strategies to generate awareness of Banyan Tree
Spas and Angsana Spas worldwide in China.
- Support and implement sales and marketing strategies to generate spa sales originating from China for
Banyan Tree Spas and Angsana Spas worldwide.
- To strengthen brand recognition through intensive awards pitching and submissions with top Awards
Organisers and Publications.
- To generate media releases, pitch news angle, cultivate media relations to strengthen awareness of
Banyan Tree Spas and Angsana Spas worldwide in Greater China.
- To work with Spa Marcom Singapore and GIS on the development of Chinese language spa website
and e-mailers.
- To work with Spa Marcom Singapore and CRM on the development of a quality Chinese spa guests
database.
- To work with Joint Executive Director China on the development of corporate spa sales and
awareness amongst Chinese companies.
- To work with Spa Marcom Singapore on the development and production of English and Chinese
language spa marketing collaterals and advertisements for Banyan Tree Spas and Angsana Spas
worldwide.
- To work with Manager to develop and manage the Social Media platforms for Banyan Tree Spas and
Angsana Spas in China
