Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will report to the Head of Marketing and Admissions and work closely with local teams in Guangzhou as well as the Group Head Office in Hong Kong. Integral components of this role includes:

? Receiving potential parents and delivering thorough school tours to provide information about the school’s philosophy, curriculum and programmes. Actively listen and address parents’ questions and concerns.
? Maintaining accurate and up to date data on new enquiries and directly follow-up contacts.
? Guiding parents through and process the applications from start to finish, following Yew Wah’s Admissions policies.
? Handling all forms of enquiries including telephone, online, and walk-ins in a professional and informative manner.
? Maintaining the Showroom and Admissions room displays, keeping it consistently welcoming and tidy.
? Addressing new parents’ concerns until the student’s first week at school.
? Assisting in executing a marketing campaign, including but not limited to promotion activities, exhibitions and events.
? Assisting in production of marketing materials and conducting market research, collecting data, and writing summaries.
? Providing general administrative support and assisting with ad hoc projects assigned by the Head of Marketing & Admissions and Marketing Manager.

Qualifications:

? Minimum 5 years experience in Marketing, Public Relations, Sales, or related work experience. For Senior Admissions Officer, minimum 5 years experience with at least 2 years in a similar position.
? University graduate with a Marketing- or Business-related discipline.
? Proficiency with written and spoken English & Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
? Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
? Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
? Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
? Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
