Job description
-Responsible for the effective management and completion of assigned projects including progress, quality, cost and authority relations.
-Act as an owner’s representative and report to the Project Director.
-Liaise with government authorities for project submissions.
-Manage and coordinate all consultants and design works.
-?Organise and attend meetings (design meetings, site meetings, etc) with relevant project parties (eg. Authorities, consultants, contractors)
-Review and provide project-related correspondence including progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations
-Manage and monitor contractors’ input and performance to meet project objectives
-Manage defects’ rectification and improvement works of completed projects
-Implement various quality, safety and environmental management systems

Job requirements
-Degree in Engineering (Structural or MEP), Building/Project Management, Architectural/Interior Design, with at least 5 to 8 years of related experience
-Possesses skills in proactive leadership and communication as well as a high level of initiative
-Able to effectively prioritise, meet deadlines and execute tasks in a fast-paced and high-pressure
-Has a good track record of completed projects
-Good command of spoken and written English preferred
-Experience in hospitality projects is a plus
-Station in Lijiang
