SCOPE AND IMPACT OF POSITION ON THE ORGANIZATION:
Daily management for R/M & F/G warehouse to support QCD
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Make sure EHS & 5S implementing in warehouse activity daily

· Make sure FIFO of material flow and inventory accuracy

· Regularly report inventory status to pre-alarm for risk goods

· Monitor inventory levels, informed planner the abnormal inventory.

· Assist Material planning to control inventory and obsolete & slow-moving materials

· Warehouse system management for receiving/outgoing material/semi-product/finished product

· Daily data input and checking data is aligning with actual material and system

· Indirect material inventory control

· Regular cycle counting & year-end counting for inventory management

· Material movement in system and analyze the cause when issue happen

· Lead to physical monthly/yearly material counting and analyze cause

· Account checking with supplier/customer about material/finished product

· Production auxiliary material such as label, box, sheet and tape etc. inventory control

· Lead kaizen activity for warehouse improvement
