Major Responsibilities:
Annual Operating Capacity Plan;
Annual School Operations Budget;
Supervise the daily operations of the Non-academic Divisions including Marketing, Admissions, Parent Relations, Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, IT, Support and Repair & Maintenance;
Operational practices meet relevant laws and regulations;
A continued improvement in the service-oriented operational support system to meet with internal customers and clients’ satisfaction;
The overall budget planning and delivery are completed according to deadlines;
Supervision the standards and implementation of school’s renovation & fitting out projects that can meet the school’s educational needs, fits in with the school’s timeline and is cost effective;
Supervise the renewal of annual school licenses, including the School Permit、Corporate Legal Person Certificate、Organization Code Certificate、Expatriate Recruitment Certificate…;
Liaise with local Municipal Education Commission, local Management Agency and other related local government units for school operations issues;

Qualifications:
University degree holder;
Proficient in spoken and written Putonghua and English;
At least 5 years of practical general management or relevant experience;
Passionate about the importance of quality education in the life of an individual;
Mature, confident, demonstrate strong organizing & prioritizing skill;
Good integrity, quality focus & customer-oriented;
Able to work independently but also a good team player;
Strategic thinking and able to direct others.
