Finance Functions

In charge of SR in Accpac.
Match and check the supplier invoices. Make sure invoice content, quantity and amount is as same as the PO’s. Ensure all of invoice booked according to financial Policy.
Generating invoice according to the approved invoice in Accpac. Ensuring accurate invoice information. Book the related expenses in the correctly cost center
Prepare the payment requisition(PAF) based on the payment term in the PO / contract.
Monthly create the statement of account balance to supplier for reconciliation purpose. Reconcile with sub-ledge AP balance, get the confirmation with supplier.
File and archive the documents for AP .
Study the policy of SAFE and China Tax Bureau. Prepare the payment requisition based on invoice content and invoice quality .
Make sure payment is effected timely and correctly
Print out the invoice based on the approved sales documents and email to the intercompany.
Fixed Assets management
Responsible for the maintenance of the Fixed Asset Ledger, working closing with equipment department to ensure the record accurately and completely, and assign / allocated the depreciation expenses properly.
Prepare analysis of B&S accounts
Be responsible for outside business activities, i.e. bank, tax bureau etc.
Special projects as assigned by account manager
Coordination with other department
