Responsibilities:

· Manage HR team and Provide HR service to whole Sales team in Hangzhou in line with corporate HR policy of NCL

· Screen and first interview for sales and SSU team and recommend the most suitable and qualified candidate for line manager

· Organizing and conduct HR orientation program for newly joined staff.

· Preparing Offer Letter and Labor Contract and contract renewal for regular staff.

· Provide Professional HR support and service to all level of line managers/ executive to better manage their team (disciplinary action, transfer /promotion/salary adjustment, etc.)

· DSO visit (monitoring and coaching local Acct. to provide better HR service)

· Organizing and participating campus recruitment for “Trainee” program.

· Headcount control for 11DSOs

· Monthly Payroll & Social Insurance Checking for 11 DSOs.

· Coordinating With Shanghai HR Company for promoters’ issue regarding work injury and medical expenses , etc.

· Office administration work (Office cleaning,renovation,lease contract renewal, annual company activities, etc).

· Other ad hoc task assign by SSUM.

· With high responsibility of subordinate’s healthy and safety during their work.

Requirements: At least 5 years HR experience in multi-national company

Bachelor degree in related field

Hard working attitude, Possess the sense of high responsibility

Good Command of English (Reading ,writing , Speaking , Listening )

Master Ms office ( Word , Excel , Powerpoint , etc)

Excellent interpersonal, communicational skill , independently trouble shooting
