基本要求：
1. 工作踏实，有刻苦钻研的精神；
2. 电子信息或相近专业，本科以上学历；
3. 英语四级以上，具备一定的听、说能力和较强的文献阅读能力；
4. 具有良好的团队合作精神。
技能要求：
1. 熟悉各类运放、AD、DA的特性及使用方法；
2. 能运用Altium Designer软件进行电路设计与仿真；
3. 熟练掌握Cortex-M3/ dsPIC / MSP430等MCU的运用，熟悉IAR、MPLAB、KeilMDK等集成开发环境；
4. 熟悉RS485、CAN或HART编程技术；
5. 熟悉uC-OS、FreeRTOS等实时操作系统的结构及其应用。
有设计SCR电力调整器、温控仪等温控设备者优先
