Job Purpose
Under the general guidance and supervision of the AVP, Hotel Operations - China adhering to policies and procedures as set by the corporate office, the incumbent herein provides administrative support to the CHMC team.
Job description
1.Responsible for day-to-day office general administration, including but not limited to
?taking incoming calls and relaying messages to co-workers as needed
?meeting room booking and conference call scheduling
?obtaining orders and monitor supplies, such as stationary and name cards
?handling travel arrangements, expense claims and purchase request
2.Be the supporting liaison person between the team and internal/external clients.
3.Collate reports and/or presentation materials as and when requested by AVP, Hotel Operations - China.
4.To undertake any other projects/duties as and when assigned by AVP, Hotel Operations - China
5.Provide administrative support to the team.
6.Maintain a proper system of the Department’s filing system
7.Arrange business trip for the team
8.All administrative work as assigned by supervisor
Qualification
1.Proven track record in hotel corporate office of similar standard in similar capacity
2.Dedicated and able to work independently
3.Sound organization and administrative ability
4.High proficiency in MS Office (MS Words, Excel and Power point).
5.Able to handle demanding workload and tight deadlines
6.Good communication skill in both written and spoken Chinese and English
7.Good interpersonal and communication skills.
8.Required to interact with internal & external clients
9.Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
10.Bachelor Degree
