Job Description:
1. Ensures that sales quota are met or exceeded.
2. Maximizes revenue in the outlets by implementing up selling procedures.
3. Assists in the planning and execution of promotional activities as directed.
4. Monitors the financial performance of the outlets, helps maximize yield of the outlets and control costs and expenses.
5. Assists in monitoring and controlling BTG's inventory and participates in inventory taking.
6. Conducts frequent shop checks within the area of responsibilities ensuring all is in place, including visual displays; and that service procedure, cleanliness and hygiene, repairs and maintenance, employee grooming and manning levels are in order and takes appropriate action when necessary.
7. Assists in the maintenance of efficient administration, preparing and submitting reports on time as directed. 8. Assists in selection, training and evaluation of subordinate employee.
9. Coaches, counsels, disciplines and develops subordinate employees.
10. Directs all subordinate staff to ensure that day-to-day operational matters are handled on time and guest expectations are met.
11. Provides guidance and assistance to all sales associates helping them in the execution of their duties and responsibilities.
12. Oversees the service standards in the outlet ensuring that they conform to the requisite standards and meet or exceed guest expectations.
13. Liaises with hotel & spa personnel to ensure that the operation runs smoothly in areas of joint responsibility.
14. Prepare the duty rosters and implements vacation and public holiday schedules.



Requirement:

1. With an outgoing & pleasant personality;
2. Creative, independent, self-motivated & willingness to learn;
3. Good inter-personal skills with above average English communication skills;
4. Experience in retail management and report for at least 3 years;
5. Able to do work under pressure and willing to travel;
6. Able to operate PC with common software programs;
