Responsibilities

Scope and depth of market portfolio:
? Brands/Products:

MARKETING AND PUBLIC RELATIONS OF BANYAN TREE SPAS AND ANGSANA SPAS WORLDWIDE
- Implement public relation and marketing campaigns to generate awareness of Banyan Tree Spas and Angsana Spas worldwide in China.
- To work with E-Biz on the development of Chinese language spa website and e-mailers.
- To work with Brand Management on the development and production of Chinese language spa marketing collaterals for Banyan Tree Spas and Angsana Spas worldwide.
- To work with PR and Marcom on generating media write-up about Banyan Tree Spas and Angsana Spas in China.


MARKETING AND PUBLIC RELATIONS OF BANYAN TREE SPAS AND ANGSANA SPAS IN CHINA
- To work on site Spa Manager to develop on-site spa promotions and program.
- Work with event organisers, associations, luxury brand and any business partner who could generate awareness of the Spas to expand marketing channels.
- To work with Singapore PR department on cultivating media relation and write-up so as to raise awareness of Banyan Tree Spas and Angsana Spas in China.
- To implement special events like exhibition, workshop, opening party to build brand awareness.
- To work with Brand Management or supplier on the development and production of marketing collaterals for Banyan Tree Spas and Angsana Spas in China.
- To implement CSR initiatives for brands in China market.


REPORTS
Supervise and ensure the timely submission of
- Monthly reports of media relationship activity report
- Monthly report of media coverage clipping
- Monthly report of marketing activities


OTHERS
Administrative duties and all other additional/ad-hoc projects assigned by Manager


Key Responsibilities
? Media liaison and servicing, respond to media enquiries
? Story pitching to various medias in China
? Media database management
? Chinese language press releases, write-ups, EDMs, spa menus and collaterals – writing, translation & distribution/pitching
? Organise, and escort, media fam groups to resorts, with a view to securing maximum exclusive editorial coverage
? Manage visiting journalist program, including follow-up aspects of the process: Credit checks on journalists, Reservations, Liaison with hotels on accommodation, site inspection, transfer arrangements, welcome and thank you letter, correlating this with results in VJC preparations and sign-off procedures; communicate and email with Spa Managers on details and updates of media visits/shoots/filmings
? Tracking of media report
? Monitor online & offline press coverage
? Coordinate Marketing Collaterals development.
? Translate menu, write-ups, press release and promotion.
? Coordinate agreement issues between business partners.
