Key Result Areas
1.To perform purchasing and administration jobs well in terms of process, sourcing, negotiation, report and filing.
2.To coordinate and ensure that the administrations are well supported to accounting purpose and ensure that all processes are handled at accuracy and on time.
3.To ensure that Creating of SKU,description of items are accurate.
4.To Coordinate with Inventory Management team on stock transfer.
5.To perform all other duties assigned by Supervisors and Management.
6.To well perform and handle the jobs as per company expectation or goal.
7.To be in duty when colleague is in absence within Purchasing Dept.
8.To coordinate with Operations and Merchandising in related scope of work.
9.Complete assigned reports accurately and on time.
10.Maintain filing system.
11.Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of common and assigned areas.
12.Contributes to the morale and team spirit of the company by maintaining effective relationships with company,hotel,golf and spa colleagues.
13.Maintains a high standard of personal hygiene, dress, uniform and body language.
14.To be polite and professional in any situation where the image or reputation of the company is represented.
Essential Job Skills
1-2 years experience in Purchasing function
Good English skill.
Positive outgoing personality.
Computer literate.
Desirable Job Skills
Ability to work and adapt computer & software applications.
Office administration skills.
Adaptive & initiative skills.
Negotiation skills.
