This position need to interact with sales regional heads, HR expertise function and external partners across the organization to ensure the effectiveness of HR process and procedure. This position is also accountable for employee and organization excellence in assigned Sales region, support transformation of organization towards a more effective manner. Promote company image and values in the organization, and drive people engagement to ensure productivity.

Requirements
-5-10 years’ experience in human resources management in multinational companies.
-Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
-Good Mandarin and English communication skills
-Computer skills (MS word, Excel, PowerPoint.)
-Analytical and able to handle complexity
