Qualification:
-Have Bachelors Degree with minimum 3 years working experience on industrialization engineering, Lean manufacturing experience and world class manufacturing techniques is a plus. Be able to communicate with others and fluent on English.


Responsibility:
- Ensure effective process control system, Manage manufacturing operation and assure machinery cycle time, task time, operator balance, based on customer’s requirement and minimize variable production cost.
- Create process continuously development plan, transfer new projects to mass production with MFE, and follow new material and new process to production.
- Provide process improvement action plan to meet product quality, manufacture feasibility to increase production efficiency. Recommends methods for process improvements, operators’ efficiency and reducing waste.(materials flow, utilities, job duties, re-organize work flow, relocating work stations, equipment)
- Create together with process leader KPI's for the process team.
- KPI / indicators to be follow-up and reported weekly and monthly basis.
- Prepare monthly report to present together with process leader to plant management.
- Monthly report must content: KPI status, PDCA status, Continuous Process Improvement action plan.
- Accomplish job activities base on process leader ‘s demand on time.
- Assure process standardization and check on regular time.
- Responsible to prepare and maintain together with process leader the annual budget.


Authority:
1. To update the assembly line layout release
2. To monitor the labor rates and standards release
3. To monitor the new techniques release
4. If a change to the equipment and/or process must be made due to a special customer requirement, can stop production with previous authorization.
