? Support Global Services (GS) / Business Unit (BU) Sourcing with any agreement requests
? Align with BU Sourcing on what type of agreement should be used for the request
? Understand & input commercial terms into the specific agreement templates
? Identify the resources and facilitate meetings needed to finalize the agreement
? Work with the Legal Department in drafting and reviewing the agreements, including facilitating communications and negotiations with internal and external stakeholders.
? Review the legacy contracting process, identify pain points in the business and implement improvements that will make the process more efficient
? Be the main contact person for the business where Procurement is determined to be the sponsor of the agreement

 To be successful in the role, the following skills and experience are required:
? Experience in coordinating and executing agreements
? Understanding of legal terms and common clauses in agreements
? Effective written and verbal communication skills
? Problem solving skills to deal with difficult agreements/clauses
? Knowledge of all applicable laws and regulations
? Ability to organize work, manage time and adhere to schedules
? Ability to challenge the status quo and influence decisions
? Work with minimal level of direct supervision
? English language capability (written and spoken) is required
