Your Mission:

As a Recruitment Marketing Specialist, you are a highly creative professional who will manage our online Recruitment Marketing social media channels including but not limited to LinkedIn, Wechat and Facebook.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisitions, you will own the entire content sourcing, creation, curating, and posting, ensuring that our organization’s brand page is content rich with relevant and impactful messages.

Your Responsibilities:

· Management of recruitment marketing social media channels such as LinkedIn, Wechat and Facebook keeping our channels up to date with engaging and meaningful content

· Execute employer brand media plan, including planned content postings and ad-hoc content postings

· Manage employer brand content library ensuring that meaningful stories, VDOs, and pictures are properly indexed and easy to access

· Devise meaningful and creative ways to engage content contributors and regular soliciting of content from all staff

· Assist in administration of internal recruitment process as needed from time to time

To be successful in this role, you need to:

· Be a degree holder of Advertising, Mass Communication, Journalism, Digital Design or relevant disciplines

· Have relevant experience in social media platform operations either as a student or as a professoinal

· Have graphic design or drawing skills, able to use digital illustrator tools with ease

· Be professionally fluent in English
