Responsible for effective management of stock allocation process, including proactively reviewing demand & supply simulations and executing customer behaviour analysis.  Collaborates across market functions to align on actions to mitigate risk and impact, while enhancing the business' ability to provide proactive communication to customers in need for out of stock situations.

Key Outputs:

1. Deliver the performance to agree KPI levels

2. Drive service level and consequently customer satisfaction by consistently delivering high quality service meeting customers expectations and needs

3. Design replenishment process by using information such as sales history, forecast and stock holding within the customer Distribution Centre/Store and Nestlé locations / PO frenquency.

4. Work with sales team to recognize and measure where possible, elements of replenishment from stock holding locations (Nestlé to Customer and Customer Distribution Centre to Store)

5. Optimize distribution costs by collaborating with Physical Logistics, Customer,Sales and Transportation

6. Participate in alignment meetings with DSP and Generating DemandParticipate in NCE operational review meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of  the VMI/CMI process

7. In depth use of the VMI-CMI technical solution, including data maintenance and alignment with Nestlé and Customer systems

Key Experiences:

1. 1+ years experience within Supply chain team

2. Experience with and strong focus on customers

3. Strong Supply Chain and Demand Management knowledge and expertise

4. College/University degree required
