Job Responsibilities:
Drive day-to-day traffic and audience on Nespresso e-Boutique:
- Develop digital acquisition plan to increase traffic and audience on Nespresso China digital touch points incl. but not limited to Tmall and JD eBoutique to support sales objectives: - Develop performance based paid media plan taking into account global campaigns plan, local needs, competitive environment and budget ;
- Ensure the Ecom paid media traffic and sales targe completion by a strong and agile media matrix planning and continuous optimization;
- Analyze channel performance and online user behaviour and purchase data, and build plan for user acquisition and reactivation.
Drive day-to-day traffic and audience on Nespresso e-Boutique:
- Manage day-to-day online acquisition tactics focusing on Search and Display channel in Tmall and JD e-Boutique;
- Manage agencies to ensure poaid media plan implementation, ensure online materials (banners, videos, ad copy) are adapted in a cost effective and efficient way;
- Coordinate with marketing to align with brand values and copy style;
- Coordinate with eCommerce operation team to insure seamless user experience from call-to-action (CTA) to landing pages and optimized conversion rate;
Monitor, optimize and report local digital marketing acquisition activities:
- Measure paid media performance by regularly track and optimize campaigns, based on results to reach performance objectives;
- Track timely on competitive performance tracking metrics - Produce regular reports to highlight performance on main metrics;
- Monitor innovative acquisition tactics developed by local competitors;
- Share best practises with International peers and HQ team;
Analyse & identify trends across the online customer journey, providing insight & recommendations to drive additional traffic & sales.
- Utilise multiple data tools of Tmall and JD and turn different data streams into a cohesive view of our customer to produce detailed digital business insights & analysis.
- Analyze user data across;
- Continuously track and optimise online acquisiton campaigns in partnership with the eCommerce and Marketing teams;
- Create and maintain associated user documentation;
Job Requirements:
- Education: Business/Statistics degree;
- Professional experience (2 years);
- Strong experience in Performance Marketing activities driving traffic and sales on Tmall and JD E-Btq
- Good eCRM expertise
- Solid Ecommerce performance marketing data analysis experience;
- Experience in managing external agencies;
- Paid Media budget management;
- Data-driven mindset and strong statistics skills ;
- Experience in brand management a plus;
- Stakeholder Management in a matrix organisation;
