【Responsibilities】
1. Monitor daily cash position & cash flow.
2. Process daily bank reconciliation with global treasury system.
3. Prepare and verify payment documents (both RMB and FX).
4. Make payment order electronically or paper-based (both RMB and FX).
5. Keep informed of SAFE regulation and make sure no compliance issue for foreign currency payment and collection.
6. Implement treasury projects, i.e. bank loan, cash pool, change of bank, BADD, bond, entrusted loan, shareholder loan, capital injection, and etc.
7. Facilitate currency conversion, prepare FX exposure report and take hedging action, preparing supporting documents as required by banks and regulators.
8. Prepare treasury reporting package.
9. Maintain treasury contract filing work.
10. Support H2H & Treasury automation project.
11. Assist implementation of cash pooling solution.
12. Other ad-hoc work / projects.

Experience:
1-2 years experiences in treasury function.

Skills:
1. Good understanding of business model.
2. Meet the target (timely and accurately reporting).
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
4. Detail oriented.
5. Analytical skills.
6. Negotiation & Strong communication, be able to work across departments.
7. Understands the story behind the numbers.
8. Experience with Oracle is a must.
9. Fluent in English, both in writing and speech.
10. Able to work independently with strong sense of responsibility and can work under pressure.
11. Ability to overcome internal and external resistance.
12. Honestly, integrity, precise.
