职位描述

1. Lead customer service team to support sales delivery
a) Lead team to work with Commercial team on sales allocation quota setting in e-ordering system
b) Check customer orders and co-ordinate hard-copy sales contract process
c) Own all daily/weekly/monthly customer service reports
d) Work with multi-functions to resolve all related issues during customer order process
e) Support sales rebate process

2. Customer Service process owner and drive continuous improvement
a) Ensure process compliance of order to cash
b) Work with multi-functions to continuously improve customer service process
c) Lead customer service report automation and optimization

3. Customer Service capability owner and drive customer service team capability building
a) Design customer service competency framework
b) Lead customer service assessment and development plan
c) Drive capability building for China customer service team
d) Develop O2C CERPS super user in customer service team
e) Lead system capability building and work with Tech on system improvement projects

4. Drive customer service performance to all tier-1 customers and top key retailers
a) Own service level report in China CSC team and drive service level improvement across multi-functions
b) Own customer service target of top key retailers, own the reporting of customer service level, and lead regular review with sales team and customer team to drive improvement
c) Own regular collaboration meetings with ASW supply chain team and engage sales team and
distributors to ensure ASW service level delivery and drive continuous improvement
d) Lead initiatives to drive better collaboration with top key retailers

5. Support China CSC lead on end-to-end supply chain improvement initiatives
a) Supply chain lead in China Cx Go-to-Market projects
b) Support China CSC lead to be driver for innovative solutions to better assist and support supply chain teams to achieve better performance
c) Support to drive the digitalization of supply chain to improve working efficiency and cost effectiveness

6. Be key interface with global logistics in CS&L area
a) Co-ordinate with logistics team and be key interface with global team in CS&L area


任职要求:
1.Bachelor or above degree, Supply chain management, Logistics or related major is preferred
2.More than 5-year above working experience on CS&L area; people management or project management experience; experience on supply chain of direct shipment in FMCG area
3.Professional Knowledge/Skill : Supply chain management, ERP system experience, SAP is preferred,good data analysis capability, project management
4.Good at office software, esp. in Excel
5.Good at English
6.Strong ownership and good team-work, people management capability and leadership,quick learner and take initiative to drive change and improvement, logical thinking and strong data analytic capability, strategic and enterprise thinking
