Job Purpose and Key Responsibilities 岗位的目的和主要岗位职责:
- This position plays key role in CCC process and act as first point of contact for category commercial leaders and team representing supply chain. Proactively work with commercial team to find the risks & opportunities to support achieve business goal in monthly demand review cycle. Lead CSC demand and supply planning tam and site/CMO supply planning team and collaborate multi-functions from commercial and supply chain and to drive rigorous performance Management and improve performance in line with business expectation for responsible category (Forecast accuracy/bias, On time in full, inventory, cost to serve, etc.)
- 该岗位是在核心商业流程中扮演关键角色并代表供应链作为相应业务领导人和商业团队的***联系人。积极紧密地与商业团队合作,共同发现生意中的面临的机会以及挑战,使公司实现生意目标。领导客户供应链负责品类的需求与供应计划团队以及内外部工厂的计划团队,与商业和供应链的跨部门团队合作,驱动相应业务的绩效达成指标 (预测准确率,订单满足率,库存,供应成本,等等)。

- Work with Commercial and lead end-to-end supply planning team of the category to minimize the business wastage 与商业团队共同合作,领导端到端的计划团队***程度地减少损耗。
- Work with Commercial and lead end-to-end supply planning team of the category to deliver customer service and inventory target 与商业团队和供应计划部门共同合作,领导端到端的计划团队,达到客户服务满意度目标以及库存目标。
- Work with NPI project team to deliver new product launch on time 与新产品引进团队共同合作,为新品准时上线提供支持。
- Provide business insight to support finance and sales to set company financial target. 为财务以及销售部门制定公司财务目标给予生意洞察。
Key Responsibilities主要岗位职责:
1. Continue improve demand forecasting process for more efficient CCC process and supply chain optimization. 持续不断地改进需求预测流程,使得核心商业流程更加高效,供应链可以不断优化。
- Establish rolling 24 months forecast based upon historic sales analysis, in market sales data, ATL & BTL activities performance. Align forecast with sales, marketing, finance and supply chain through demand review cycle. 根据历史销量分析,市场内部销售数据分析,结合线上线下活动表现,产生滚动24个月的销售预测。通过每月需求回顾中,同销售,市场,财务以及供应链针对销售预测达成一致。
- Work with commercial team to decide channel specific forecast elements/build blocks to build up the sales forecast. Lead commercial team to monthly the forecast assumption and make adjustment according to actual sales analysis and update future investment plan. 与商业团队共同制定针对不同渠道特有的制定销售预测所需要的组成元素/构建。领导商业团队每月回顾这些销售预测的组成元素,根据实际销量的分析以及新的未来投资计划,调整销售预测。
- Chair pre-DRM, facilitate DRM for Rolling 24M forecast review and alignment to be discussed in MPR & S&OP meeting. Ensure risk and opportunities are aligned to be presented in MOR & S&OP meeting. 主持Pre DRM,促进DRM的有效讨论,通过DRM达成各部门同意的滚动24月销售预测用于MPR和S&OP会议上供管理层进行讨论。确保用于MOR, S&OP 会议上讨论生意风险和机会在各部门间得到统一。
- Conduct root cause analysis to sales forecast error, take corresponding action to improve the forecast accuracy. 探究销售预测错误的根本原因,采取相应行动提高预测准确率。
- Lead slow moving stock & aging stock clearance plan, work with supply planning team and commercial team to minimize the business wastage. 领导周转慢以及旧效期库存清理计划的制定,与供应计划部门和商业部门共同合作,***程度地减少损耗。
- Learn from industry best practice to drive forecast process improvement, support CSC lead and other supply chain functions to deliver annual hoshin projects. 学习业界***实践,促进预测流程优化。支持客户供应链总监以及其它业务部门实施每年hoshin项目。
2. Manage forecasting system and work with IT to improve system capability to support demand forecasting process.
- Use SAP APO to generate statistics baseline forecast and got aligned with commercial team. Make adjustment to baseline forecast according to ATL/BTL activity. Release consensus forecast for financial planning and supply planning. 使用SAP APO系统生成统计学基线预测并与商业团队达成一致并作出修正。根据线上和线下活动对基线预测进行调整。在SAP APO中生成一致同意的预测,供进行财务计划和供应计划。
- Maintain Master Data required by CF module. Conduct regular sales history cleaning. 维护APO CF模块所需要的主数据。定期清理历史销量。
- Support IT to deliver system capability improvement. 为IT提高系统能力提供支持。
3. Lead end-to-end demand and supply planning team of the category to collaborate with other functions to ensure reliable supply and deliver targeted customer service level with optimal inventory and cost. 领导端到端的需求与供应计划团队和其他部门合作以最优的库存和成本来实现稳定的供应并达成目标订单满足率.
- Lead daily and weekly supply planning process to monitor supply plans and escalate supply risk and develop mitigation plans, then deliver target OTIF. 领导每日和每周的标准工作流程,追踪产品的供应计划, 并向上级报告供应计划风险以及制定规避风险计划, 最终达成目标订单满足率。
- DC inventory owner for responsible business unit and drive inventory target delivery. 负责业务单元的市场仓库库存的负责人, 并推动库存指标的达成.
- Work with NPI project managers and project team to support NPI successful launch and all hard and soft conversions with target OTIF. 与新产品引进经理及项目组共同合作, 支持新品的成功上市和软硬转换的顺利实施并实现目标的订单满足率
- Work with RA to ensure supply to business when do changes per regulatory requirements. 与RA合作, 在做应法规要求的变化时,能保证供应
- Work with Commercial to deliver write-off cost target and drive other initiatives from supply chain. 与商业团队建立紧密合作关系,实现销毁成本目标的达成, 以及推动其他供应链发起的新项目
4. People management and development
- Lead and support demand and supply planning manager/supervisor on his/her performance delivery领导并支持需求与供应计划经理或者主管的业绩达成
- Develop direct report’s capability to be competent for his/her role and support on his/her career development培养团队的能力以胜任他/她的角色并支持团队的职业发展
Specialized Knowledge 专业知识:
- Bachelor Degree or above. 学士学位或以上
- Supply Chain & Basic Financial knowledge. 具备供应链以及基本财务知识
- With 8+ years experience in demand planning or S&OP process.. 8年以上需求计划或者S&OP 流程的工作经验
- SAP APO system experience. 具备SAP APO 经验
- Good communication skills. 良好的沟通技巧
- Can work under pressure. 可以在压力下工作
- Strong data analysis capability. 较强的数据处理和数据分析的能力
- Fluent in English. 英语流利
