General Description:

The global SQE manager role to be base in Shanghai office, but absolutely will act in a very multinational working environment in order to support business with global organized entities in China, Germany even America. Need to focus on supply base quality perspective activities on suppliers qualification, maintenance and development. Internally need to collaborate with purchasing, QA, and other functions to conduct SQ related supplier audit, supplier development and resolve quality issues. Exactly to support to global purchasing strategy and projects execution. Monitor supplier quality performance and push for continuous improvement. Will report to Global Purchasing Director (Chinese).

此职位上班在上海松江办公室，但是需要在非常国际化的工作环境中来支持全球架构下的公司业务需求，包括中国.德国,和北美。需要从事关于供应商质量方面的工作，包括供应商的开发，认证，维护和改善提高。内部需要与采购，质保等部门协作，但是要引领供应商质量相关的审核开发和问题解决。支持全球采购战略和项目的实施。监督供应商质量表现，并推动持续改进活动。将会直接向全球采购总监汇报(中国人).

Responsibilities:

职责:

1. Evaluation and approval (VDA6.3 P1) of new suppliers for production demand materials.

基于VDA6.3P1 要求对生产所需的原材料供应商的评估和批准。

2. Supplier development and quality management with purchasing and other cross-functional depts.

和采购部门和其他跨部门来合作进行供应商开发和供应商质量管理。

3. Lead APQP with suppliers in close cooperation with engineering, purchasing with cross- counties colleagues.

与内部技术部门，采购部门及其他跨部门团队合作，但要引领与供应商的APQP过程。

4. Review suppliers’ PPAP submissions and approval in cooperation with internal team.

与跨部门团队合作并最终检查和批准供应商的PPAP。

5. Report and track supplier performance as DPPM, quality pills and accidents. Push for root cause analysis with 8D report and related COPQ recovery. Have to coordinate supplier for quality continuous improvement during the steady mass production.

报告和追踪供应商的质量表现，比如DPPM和质量事件等。推动供应商质量问题根本原因的分析和8D报告提交，以及质量不良成本的修复。与供应商协调供应商质量的持续改进。

6. Follow up suppliers corrective action plans originated from audit, quality claims or PPAP deviations.

追踪供应商质量问题的整改，这些问题源于供应商审核，索赔和PPAP缺陷批准。

7. Be sensitively to identify total cost reduction opportunities and support the cost cut projects execution.

要对供应商总成本降低的机会敏感并可以识别，支持降低供应商成本的项目的执行。

Qualification Criterions:

任职要求:

1. Bachelor or upper degree in engineering background, no limited in whichever mechanical or electrical majored.

本科学士及以上学历的工程技术背景，对于是机械或者电子工程并无限制。

2. >8 years working experience, at least 5 years in quality, at least 3 years in automotive.

超过8年的工作经验，超过5年的质量工作经验，至少3年在汽车行业经验。

3. Familiar with IATF16949,ISO9000,AIAG standards like APQP,VDA 6.3, and experienced with APQP,PPAP, FMEA,SPC,MSA,8D tools and methods.

熟悉IATF16949，ISO9000，AIAG 标准下比如APQP,VDA6.3, 并对APQP，PPAP，FEMA,SPC,MSA,8D等工具和方法熟练掌握。

4. Very good technical understanding in manufacturing process for mechanical and electrical components.

对于机械和电子部件的制造工艺熟悉和理解。

5. Initiative and proactive with very good communication skills, team work style. Experienced in international working environment with cross-cultural understanding.

积极主动并有前瞻性的工作风格，善于沟通和团队合作。能够在全球化架构下和跨文化背景下并跨部门开展工作。

6. Fluent English reading, writing and speaking.

英语读写说流利。

7. Suitable for frequent business trip. Not only domestic also international.

适合频繁出差，不仅是国内出差，也包括国际。

8. VDA auditor certificated is plus. 6 Sigma BB is plus.

VDA 审核员证或者6 西格玛黑带将是加分项。
