Job Description:
Formulate regional drugstore and modern trade marketing strategies, configure activity plans, allocating customer marketing resources and communicate with sales team regarding coherence of sales and marketing strategies and feasibility of implementation, within the customer marketing budget and under the guidance of annual national drugstore and modern Trade marketing strategies of Consumer Healthcare Division, so as to achieve projected sales targets and key supplier status of Pfizer consumer healthcare products in drugstore and modern Trade.
Qualification:
-University graduate or above, 5 years relevant working experience or above in Multi-regional companies, 2 years management experience, preferably with FMCG, pharmaceutical sales, trade marketing or marketing experience in drugstore and modern trade channels.
-Good proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin, good drugstore and modern trade management knowledge and trade marketing knowledge
-Good interpersonal and self-motivation skills, good analytical power and project management skill, good problem solving skills, good leadership skills as well as management and presentation skills, good computer skill
Responsibility:
-Formulate regional customer marketing strategies-configure activity plans
-Lead and supervise smooth implementation of Drugstore and Modern Trade activities in corresponding region
-Allocation of resources on drugstore and modern trade among different provinces and establish regional drugstore and modern trade database
-POSMs and promotional materials management
-Collect activities feedback and competitor information
-Control budget
