Responsibilities
- Monitor & forecast external healthcare policy related to PCH business including Pharma. and FMCG, analysis business impact, develop strategy & action suggestion, ensure NO surprise of policy change in the following area: pricing, medical insurance, public health, healthcare reform etc.
- Develop regular policy reporting system to CLT on external healthcare important policy change;
- Develop internal communication and sharing system on healthcare policy change;
- Initiate shaping public health policy program especially on chronic or special disease management policy to support long term business growth;
- Develop strategy and action plan on central government customers mapping and analysis, establish central government customer database, build and maintain strategic relationship in central government level including NDRC, MoHRSS, MOH, SFDA and all relevant associations;

Qualifications
-University degree or above
-At least 8 years working experience in pharmaceutical industry background, with certain government policy & procedure knowledge"
Excellent interpersonal skills; Team player and Proven strong leadership and strategic thinking
Experience in handling with government policy changing.
Strong at problem solving skills and good data sense
Strong capability to find improvement areas from routine work
