工作职责:

-Implement annual training plan according to training system.

-Work with sales force closely to identify and meet the training & development needs by design training programs/ workshops etc.

-Deliver training programs and workshops in region.

-Improve the feedback of training delivering to achieve high satisfaction.

-Prepare all training materials and supporting documents.

-Support to identify the high potential people and development needs in regional each channel.

-Provide finance advice with business development project or investment initiatives to support the business decision making.

-Conduct field coach with sales force Follow-up workshops to ensure training programs’ effectiveness.

-Lead training projects.

-Temperately task such as POA and other team projects.

-Travel

-Knowledge of Company Portfolio;

-Knowledge of Company Commercial Policies;

-Knowledge of Commercial Logistics and Sales, Field & Merchandising Processes.

-Strong Leadership and people management skills

-Knowledge of coaching techniques;

-Fluent English
