别墅项目名称:远洋傲北 属于前期阶段
岗位职责如下：
1)协助安保主管，组织、落实本部门的各项工作要求。
2)整体负责安保员工的调配，按周制定排班表，并负责考勤记录。
3)负责组织每日班前班后工作会，点评工作优劣，提出工作要求，布置各项工作。
4)负责安保岗位员工仪容仪表、执勤状态、工作标准的督查、纠正、指导；
5)负责管理区域整体秩序维护，劝阻无关人员、车辆进入服务区域。
6)协助安保主管，做好部门员工业务知识培训等相关事宜。
7)根据领导安排，做好服务区域内临时施工现场的监管。
8)负责管辖区域内园区巡视，发现可疑人、事、物，及时处理，并进行上报。
9)协助处理各类突发事件。
10)完成上级领导交办的其他工作。
