任职资格：
？ 年龄：20-40岁；
？ 弱电相关专业中专、技校毕业或同等学历；
？ 二年以上弱电设备维修经验，含二年以上写字楼项目弱电设备维修管理经验；
？ 对弱电系统的设备性能、结构、维修保养方法十分熟悉。实际操作能力强，能够排除故障；
岗位职责：
1.掌握项目监控、广播电视、安防、消防、电梯、车场管理等弱电系统的分布结构线路、接口、设备设施规格、型号、名称、性
能、安装地点位置、启用时间、运行状态、维修保养情况、出厂日期等。按要求做好日常维修保养、管理监测。
2.定期对本专业设备进行巡视检查，发现问题及时处理，并做好记录，报告主管领导，掌握设备性能和运行状况，做好运行监测并记录。
3.负责保管配发的工具、设备备用零件，做好设备防火、防潮、防静电工作，保障设备正常运行。
4.卫星机房与工作无关人员严禁入内，参观、检查人员要经上级领导批准，方可进入，并做登记。
