职位描述
岗位职责：
1、按照商业项目工作程序，保质保量，按时完成工作任务。
2、负责本部门质量制度的贯彻和落实。
3、落实各项清洁卫生，绿化工作，确保内外、公共区域的环境卫生。
4、负责保洁用品的领用、发放及采购计划的编制。
5、负责对部门员工业务知识培训和工作考核。
6、负责制定保洁、绿化的工作计划，及时计划落实负责。
7、负责协调与卫生、城管、绿化等管理部门的联系。
8、负责做好卫生防疫工作，定期喷洒药物，勤除“四害”。
9、负责落实业主投诉处理事项和各项有偿、无偿便民服务事宜。
10、完成管理处安排的其它任务。
11、负责记录绿化养护和保洁检查台帐。
12、定期向上级述职并听取下级述职。
