职位描述
一、任职要求：
1、统招大学本科及以上学历；
2、5年以上大型物业管理公司从业背景，具备大中型购物商场、大卖场物业全链条管理经验；
3、熟悉商业物业项目管理各业务运作模式和作业流程；
4、有较好的领导力、沟通协调能力和创新能力，可管理100人以上团队；
5、具有物业管理项目经理上岗证、中级职称者优先。
二、岗位主要职责：
1、全面负责商业项目的物业管理工作，根据《物业管理委托合同》组织各项综合服务以及各项专项服务，主要包括客服、工程、安保、保洁等；
2、组织实施物业服务中心的各项工作规范，保证各项工作的有序开展；
3、负责团队管理工作，包括岗位标准、工作计划、绩效考核、流程优化等；
4、带领团队完成物业管理费用收缴、紧急突发性工作、处理客户投拆问题、重要业务公关处理；
5、完成公司交办的其他工作。
