职位描述
工作职责：
1、在项目总经理指导下，开展餐厅经营及销售活动，完成计划指标，参与执行年度预算及菜单的成本、价格的制定。
2、负责制定餐厅服务规范、程序和推销策略并组织实施，业务上要求精益求精，不断提高管理水平。
3、热情待客、态度谦和，妥善处理客人的投诉，不断提高服务质量。
4、加强现场管理，营业时间坚持在一线，及时发现和解决服务中出现的问题。
5、加强对餐厅财产的管理，掌握和控制好物品的使用情况，减少费用开支和物品损耗。
6、负责餐厅美化工作和餐厅的清洁卫生工作，抓好餐具、用具的清洁消毒工作。
7、实施餐厅的各项规章制度，合理安排服务人员班次、营造和谐的工作气氛和环境；评估员工，实施员工培训计划提高服务质量。
8、负责发放客户的调查函，对餐厅服务项目进行分析研究，为厨师及时调整菜品品种及口味提供依据，以满足客人的要求。
9、检查餐厅各处的环境卫生及客户服务部员工个人卫生情况，认真贯彻执行有关卫生管理相关制度。
10、重视员工的培训工作，定期组织员工学习服务技巧技能，对员工进行酒店意识、推销意识的训练，定期检查并做好培训记录，并对员工进行考核。
11、协调客户服务部与各部门间的关系，保证各项工作良好运转。
12、参加大厦餐厅召开的各种会议，做好计划与总结。
任职要求：
1、 年龄：25-40
2、 学历：大专毕业以上或具有同等学历。
3、 具有同等职位二年以上经验。
