职位描述
工作职责:
1、在项目总经理指导下,开展餐厅经营及销售活动,完成计划指标,参与执行年度预算及菜单的成本、价格的制定。
2、负责制定餐厅服务规范、程序和推销策略并组织实施,业务上要求精益求精,不断提高管理水平。
3、热情待客、态度谦和,妥善处理客人的投诉,不断提高服务质量。
4、加强现场管理,营业时间坚持在一线,及时发现和解决服务中出现的问题。
5、加强对餐厅财产的管理,掌握和控制好物品的使用情况,减少费用开支和物品损耗。
6、负责餐厅美化工作和餐厅的清洁卫生工作,抓好餐具、用具的清洁消毒工作。
7、实施餐厅的各项规章制度,合理安排服务人员班次、营造和谐的工作气氛和环境;评估员工,实施员工培训计划提高服务质量。
8、负责发放客户的调查函,对餐厅服务项目进行分析研究,为厨师及时调整菜品品种及口味提供依据,以满足客人的要求。
9、检查餐厅各处的环境卫生及客户服务部员工个人卫生情况,认真贯彻执行有关卫生管理相关制度。
10、重视员工的培训工作,定期组织员工学习服务技巧技能,对员工进行酒店意识、推销意识的训练,定期检查并做好培训记录,并对员工进行考核。
11、协调客户服务部与各部门间的关系,保证各项工作良好运转。
12、参加大厦餐厅召开的各种会议,做好计划与总结。
任职要求:
1、 年龄:25-40
2、 学历:大专毕业以上或具有同等学历。
3、 具有同等职位二年以上经验。
