Areas of responsibility

• Assist line manager on monthly finance report tracking and payment work in regular

• Assist line manager on Internal process approval (Ariba/ SAP/ E-palms/ Forecast Ordering/ Channel Pricing)

• Assistant line manager on sample forecast and management

• Censorship and document management for new product/ new communication materials

• Collect and initial basic analyze based on internal sales data and external data of market  dynamics, competitors; intelligence, consumers insight

• Assistant brand manager on key activation support

Qualification

• Bachelor degree or above

• 2 years’ working experience in Marketing/Advertising is preferred

• Accountable in project management

• Strong communication skill, self-driven and willingness to push through barriers and drive result

• Good ability on English writing and speaking

• Good ability on Excel, PPT is preferre
