- 为华东区业务部门提供区域关键客户和经销商业绩分析报告、分析商贸费用等支出的投资回报率，以及业务部门所需的其他财务支持和建议, 支持GTN年度和季度预算
- 预测和设定区域关键客户和经销商业绩目标，追踪和评估并及时与业务部门沟通，以保证业务的持续增长
- 渠道费用控制和系统维护
- 支持，包括经销商盈利分析，并未经销商提供财务相关培训

职位要求：
- 本科以上学历财务相关专业，MBA优先考虑
- 欧美跨国公司快消食品行业至少3年以上下销售财务经验
- 出色的英语沟通能力、沟通能力和数字分析能力


Main Responsibilities:
1. Provide Financial Analysis and Reporting
? Provide financial analysis and drive actionable insights of GTN by TS buckets for the variances vs. Fcst and YoY growth to Category
? Provide financial reporting and analysis of business performance to Sales Leadership Team on monthly basis
? TS budget check and review
? Co-ordinate and provide analysis of the input from all relevant parties to Sales Finance Director under supervision of Sales Finance Manager
? Provide GTN standardization reporting for KA and region to monitor Actual vs. target on monthly basis

2. Support GTN Annual budgeting & Quarterly forecast
? Support sales finance manager for all categories GTN annual budgeting and quarterly forecast for retail channels and necessary combination for country level review

3. Be accountable for DT Rebate, G2N by customer by region, EA printing process tracking Cross Function Communications
? Work closely with AR, GL and Sales Team as providing daily partnership
? Work closely with sales team for actual rebates

4. Trade Spend control process improvement & system development
? Be master of GTN tools system, responsible for data uploading and data accuracy, providing consulting to sales team, other functional teams for related inquires
? Support Monthly closing process
? Drive GTN COE (Centre of excellent of GTN process, System and reporting)

5. Monitor and Control Trade Incentives, Rebate and Promotional Claims
? Work with Internal control to review procedures for all Trade Incentives and identify any opportunities and threats and recommend actions to address
? Providing information/facilitation for audit / testing to ensure compliance
? Quarterly SOX Control checklist

Requirements:
? Formal Business Finance Qualification (BA or MBA), at least 3-5 years of cumulative experience, specifically in Finance and Accounting and Analysis
? FMCG experience will be perfect
? Excellent English skills compulsory (oral, presentation, report writing)
