-To maintain a positive relationship with current customer and create new relationships with new ones by daily communication, regular meetings and visit.
-Draft annual business proposal for Key Account. Support the implementation, review and evaluation of the proposal in line with the brand/category strategy, covering brand communication, sales promotions, consumer insight.
-Propose initiatives or cooperate per customer needs.
-Cross-function work inside the team and orginazation.
-Marketing intelligence, sales tracking and data analysis.
-Distributor management.
-To enhance currently sales with related Key Account and explore more business opportunities.
任职要求:
-Bachelor degree or above.
-At least 2 years working experience in sales/marketing functions and/or key account management preferable in FMCG company, out-of-home experience is a plus.
-Pro-active, Self-initiative, self-motivated, good problem solving and working independently under pressure.
-Team-player, collaborative, passionate and good at interpersonal communication.
-Ready for frequent business travel
-Fluent in written & spoken English.
-Skilled in word/excel/powerpoint.
-Good knowledge in Food & Beverage, out-of-home business pattern and key account management.
-Knowledge in channel management is a plus.
-Good interpersonal skills.
