Job Responsibilities:
Budget control
? Contribute to the annual budget and MBS (Market & Business Strategy) process with F&C BPM & B.U. Controller (B2C & B2B Channels) and follows the budget on a monthly basis (Budget Structures analysis and update & follow-up by CC).
? Track, analyse all major positions of Income Statement and provide appropriate reports on a monthly basis (COGS, TTS, PFME, Genex, Capex, project expenditures, etc.) to local management. Supports management team on their budget follow-up.
Reporting
? Weekly Sales Reporting & contribution to Monthly PEC calendar activities.
? Prepare accurate Monthly Business Planning to HQ (mainly Monthly & Quarterly DF, MBS).
? Assist in the establishment of the commercial plan and the financial elements in relation with general budget, MBS and make the necessary financial simulations.
? Packages: NNMS, NNWS, CAPEX, CACT, Teamroom update (where required), BS Recon
? Implement internal control procedures based on Nestle and Nespresso policies
? Ensure all guidelines and policies are followed and respected and follow-up of established procedures
? Follow-up on all Key 20 IC, NNICC-RIGHTS, NNICC-SCORE, Annual ICS-SAT
Internal Reporting - CRM
? Co-Piloting projects as per annual Objectives setting
? Master as well the Nessoft system and be able to perform in depth analyses for CRC-Marketing-F&C-Trade (i.e. CRM data extraction & analyses, Audit Log of Access Rights etc….)
? Trade Corners ROIC & Yearly Pre-Post Evaluations (support BPM)
? Boutiques ROIC & Yearly PRE-Post Evaluations (support BPM)
? Monthly B2B OPE Low Analysis (support BPM) & Trade Assets Management (support BPM)
? KPI Dashboard maintenance & development for the Monthly Mancom Meetings
? Channel Profitability & Cost Centre Profitability for B2C & B2B
B2B Model Profitability in coordination with B2B Sales Support Team
Job Requirements:
? Requires a bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
? Minimum 2 year of working experience in multi-national companies, experience from retail industries will be a definite advantage
? Strong analytical skills

? Excellent verbal and written communications skills
? Contribution to improve processes
? Stress resilience
? Problem identification and solving
? Good interpersonal skills
? Ability to work in a quick and multi-cultural environment
