Required Qualifications:
? Strong communication skills
? Less than five years' working expererience in foreign enterprise
? Ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders
? Ability to lead a team to achieve project deliverables within agreed timescales.
? Ability to present complex issues to a varied audience.
? Advanced knowledge and understanding of Windows desktop operating systems.
? Strong knowledge of server administration e.g. Microsoft Windows server, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, as well as LAN & WAN networking technologies, VPN and other IT security technologies
? Advanced ability to perform complex troubleshooting and analysis of PC hardware, Mobile terminal (e.g., iPhone, iPad, Blackberry etc.), PC operating systems and office automation software, with expert level knowledge in at least one area of specialization.
? Intermediate ability to perform complex troubleshooting and analysis of network system devices and PC network hardware and client software.
? Advanced ability to perform advanced system administration tasks including performance tuning and capacity planning for optimal performance and availability.
? Creativity and superior problem solving skills that leads to effective solutions to complex and varied problems.
? A demonstrated ability to encourage and model positive cross-team partnerships.
? Demonstrated technical leadership
? Good understanding of ITIL framework
? Fluency in English and Mandarin
? At least Five years project management experience.
? Ability to cooperate with cross functional and cross-cultural teams.
? At least Bachelor's Degree, major in Information Technology or Design related field.
