职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. 有耐心接待客户咨询，介绍公司产品，促成订单并进行跟踪。
2. 妥善处理交易中出现的各种问题，包括售后退换货、订单查询等。
3. 沟通能力及服务意识较强，对客户提出的相关问题能够冷静、礼貌进行回复。
4. 有优秀的团队合作能力，能与同事良好沟通，共同推动各类问题解决。
5. 总结并反馈客户常见问题，提出解决方案，以全面优化客户服务质量。
6. 熟悉淘宝的各种操作规则，会编辑描述内容．能处理网店基本事务，并完成上级分配的其他工作。

任职资格:
有淘宝或者天猫一定工作经验

工作时间:9:00--18:00 每周休息一天 举报 分享
