职位描述：
JOB DISCRIPTION
1. OE Capability Building
1) Coordinate and create annual OE training master Plan with business requirements
2) Delivering Method 1 and PHP training to enhance site problem solving capability
3) Support M2, M3, and M4 training
4) Organize forums to reinforce knowledge sharing

2. Support OPU initiatives and build strong Network
1) Being as one of the key Points of contact of Suzhou site, and support network programs and initiatives
2) Support OPU recognition programs, such as mission award approval, etc.
3) Share and replicate best Practices across network

3. OE Support and project management :
1) Support Zero Defect Programs
2) Functional project coaching and support of QA and enabling functions
3) Periodically report the OE projects Status, coach project, and build OE talents

4. Site 5S facilitator
1) Support and coordinate site 5S master Plan
2) Coach and support 5S programs at site and functional levels.
3) Organize routing site 5S audit and governance
4) Recognize 5S stars and support area certification
5. PHP facilitator
1) Being as site PHP coordinator and support PHP strategy implementation
2) Conduct PHP scale assessment
3) Support and coach site PHP execution team
4) Human related deviations investigation support
5) PHP capability building

6. OE Culture building
1) Cultivate PGS OE culture and spirits across the site
2) Communicate the OE concept to all employees by Posters, Visual Board, ect

Education / Experience
1. Bachelor’s Degree in management or technical related field, Master degree is preferred.
2. 5+ years of processing industry manufacturing/operations experience with 2+years of direct lean and Six Sigma experience.
？ Special Knowledge
1. Technical competency in six sigma, lean manufacturing, ect is preferred.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft office, minitab and/or other statistical software.
？ Skill
1) Excellent communication and influence skill
2) Strong leadership skills with proven ability to successfully lead, and facilitate cross-functional teams.
3) Ability to build strong working relationships and work with all levels of the organization as a change agent.
4) Demonstrated ability to effectively coach and train process owners, project team members.
5) Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and facilitation skills, fluent in English. 举报 分享
