JOB SUMMARY

Lead Centrum dietary supplements brand building and portfolio management to achieve business KPI, and ensure effective and efficient delivery of marketing mix with independency to drive business/ brand growth
KEY RESULT AREAS & JOB ACTIVITIES /TASKS
(Please list the main job responsibilities, tasks and key deliverables)
Annual Marketing Plan(Consumer & Retail) and strategy formulation:
- Assist line manager to formulate annual marketing and communication strategy, including above-the-line & below-the-line activities as well as investment plan to achieve top-line and bottom-line target based on brand long term development strategy.
- Assist line manager to develop annual communication plan to fulfill communication strategy, including: advertising campaign and other communication material developments with cooperating with media team to follow up communication plan.
Brand Portfolio management, activation development and implementation:
- Be “the face of the brand assigned portfolio” to all internal and external stakeholders, independently manage 4P of the portfolio, initiate and lead related projects aligned with cross functional team and flawless implementation to meet business targets.
- Develop channel specific brand plans and closely supervise the integration with customer marketing calendar and brand plan executables, including tactics and action plan to serve for brand strategies.
- Closely monitor brand program results, sales feedback and make necessary amendment if required. Spend time in the trade to understand practical implementation of all brand activities, Liaise with sales staff on the execution of marketing plans and provide learning for next step.
- Creative process management: write creative briefs, manage the creative development timeline and process, manage brand budgets and protect overall brand integrity.
- Independently manage and coordinate with production related parties, include. OEM/plant/Logistics/RA/medical to ensure timely launch of brand special initiatives.
Brand development for Product Innovation Projects
- Assists line manager to deliver brand development for the new product launch, including product concept, formulation, packaging, pricing, pipeline channels
- Independently work with cross-functions on the communication and activation plan for NPD launch and ensure the flawless implementation for launch.
Market Intelligence and Brand Performance Tracking
- Fully leverage available resources, constantly monitor and report market trends, competitor activities, brand performance and Brand Health analysis to help Marketing Manager to formulate brand strategies, identify breakthrough opportunity on target segment to grow business.
Initial Sales Forecast
- Coordinating with commercial and sales team to prepare monthly rolling sales forecast based on brand operational plan and sales analysis
- Monitor brand performance against sales forecasts. Determine corrective action where necessary in conjunction with field sales staff.

Budget Preparation and Control
- Initiate brand budget (Consumer & Retail channel), monitor and analyze brand budget to ensure cost effective & efficiency and make sure within agreed budget.
Special Project Management
- Independently lead the project team to manage the assigned special project and provide evaluation report afterwards.
- Successfully manage satisfaction among project stakeholders and team members.

BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS
(Please state the requirements from academic background, work experience, soft skills aspects etc.)
1. Bachelor or above, Minimum 5 years of brand marketing experience, FMCG/Nutrition/OTC MNC companies preferred.
2. Understanding of how to run the proper process (i.e. new product launch/ creative development/ Channel specific brand boost plan) in a MNC organization, capable of managing and leading cross-functional team to deliver results.
3. Strong Business acumen, quantitative and analytical skills, consumer research experience is a must.
4. Experience planning and launching marketing campaigns that span an entire fiscal year.
5. MUST be able to roll up your sleeves and dig deep—this is a very hands-on position
6. Leadership and ownership, with high professional maturity and personal integrity
7. Excellent interpersonal & negotiation skills, fluent in oral and written English
8. Passionate for brand marketing, driving for results.
