Job description:

-Work with online customers to develop annual business plan to ensure delivery of the sales target.
-Optimize PCH brand presence and communication with shoppers on B2C platforms, integrating internal brand job to be done, online shopper insight and online retailers’ marketing resources. Landing brand campaign on targeted eCommerce platform successfully.
-Work with internal cross functions to populate regular promotion and implementation to online platforms. –Establish joint business plan with eKA, negotiating with external customer to gain disproportionate support to PCH riding on strategic business partnership.
- Define, monitor business KPIs and conduct monthly/quarterly/annual account reviews
-Consistently manage investment efficiency via return of investment tracking and improvement plan.

Qualification

- Bachelor above
- Knowledge of KA management, E-commerce KA management experience will be a plus.
- Understand on-line customers and shoppers
- Understand e-commerce logistic operation
- Project management
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact and work with cross functional teams
- Good at spoken and written English and fluent in Mandarin
- FMCG related marketing or sales experience as a must
- E-commerce related experience preferred 举报 分享
