Responsibilities
Manage a team of sales force in achieving pre-determined territory sales targets
Conduct field coaching, performance appraisal of subordinates
Ensure field strategies and activities complied with division objectives
Measure sales results against plan and take appropriate action
Carry out direct field supervision and on-the-job training for subordinates
Assure field intelligence system and exploit new business
Maintain on-going relationship with customers and key local officials in related authorities
Perform other duties assigned by supervisors
