职位描述

QUALIFICATION:
Education / Experience
University graduate or above, 3 years relevant working experience or above in Multi-national companies, and minimum 1 years
Field Sales management positions, preferably with pharmaceutical sales and marketing experience in drugstore and modern trade channels.
Special Knowledge
Good proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin, good drugstore and modern trade management knowledge and marketing knowledge
Skill
Good interpersonal and self-motivation skills, good analytical power and project management skill, good problem solving skills, good leadership skills as well as management and presentation skills, good computer skill

RESPONSIBILITY:
Develop promotion and visibility activity mechanics according to national trade marketing strategies
Responsible for developing and managing activities for both drugstore and modern trade channel based on shopper and trade expertise. It plays an integral role in enhancing demand through Colgate's customers in a specific region and in a cost-effective way.
The person mainly interacts with Brand team, regional trade marketing team and field Sales to ensure the strategic is been effectively developed and executed in China.

Test activity programs, visibility tools / POSMs to ensure effectiveness
Work closely with regional sales team and sales team to test and evaluate the effectiveness of each of the above programs, tools, POSMs and analyze results. Formulate the results into presentations and share with national trade marketing and brand team for further decisions
Communicate with third party agencies to design and produce activity mechanics, premiums, tools and POSMs

Work closely with brand team, third party agencies to design and produce mechanics proposals, premiums, tools and POSMs under the direction of approved activity plans
Evaluate activity programs, visibility tools / POSMs
Evaluate the effectiveness of activity programs, visibility tools / POSMs after national implementation and compare with tested results.
Innovation of POSM items, visibility programs and promotion mechanics
Work closely with brand team, field trade marketing team and sales team to innovate new POSM items, visibility programs and promotion mechanics
